Child Safety Standards
Last updated: May 6, 2026
Let's Mahj is committed to protecting young people and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our Services. This page describes our published standards, how users can report concerns, how partners can reach us about child safety and compliance, and how we meet applicable legal obligations.
1. Our standards against CSAE
Let's Mahj prohibits any content, conduct, or use of the Services that facilitates, depicts, solicits, or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation. That includes, without limitation:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors;
- Grooming, predatory behavior, or attempts to obtain inappropriate contact with minors;
- Sharing or requesting illegal or harmful material involving minors;
- Misuse of groups, games, messaging, or profiles to endanger minors.
We enforce these standards through our Terms of Service and community policies, technical and operational safeguards, moderation workflows, and cooperation with law enforcement where required.
2. In-app reporting
Let's Mahj allows users to report child safety concerns in the app. If you see content or behavior that may harm a minor or violate these standards, use the in-app reporting options available on relevant screens (for example, when viewing a group or session). Reports are reviewed according to our policies; we may remove content, restrict accounts, escalate to authorities when legally required, and preserve information as needed for safety and legal compliance.

4. Legal compliance and authorities
Let's Mahj complies with applicable child safety and online safety laws in the regions where we operate. Where the law requires reporting suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to regional or national authorities, we do so in accordance with those obligations. We also cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and preserve records when required by law.
